  Beautiful horses. Lovely people. Took my boys horse riding for the first time and they loved it. Would also recommend the whip cracking as this was a lot of fun for my boys. Would definitely take my boys again.

  Such a wonderful experience for my partner and I celebrating our anniversary. Peter and Gill were great hosts and guides for the day. We were able to have genuine friendly conversations while riding. They go beyond the minimum requirement for teaching you to ride so people can go away with the knowledge and practice of horse riding. You get to know your horse you're on and their background for where they came from, which helps you make a connection to the horse you're riding.

  A lifetime memory which will never be forgotten, stunning horses with beautiful temperaments. They look intimidating at first but as you soon hop on you see their gentle souls. All the horses get along perfectly and couldn't ask for more genuine hosts. They were extremely passionate about their horses and you can see by all the work and time they put in to them. They land they live on is stunning and is worth the ride. I got to ride a horse that was in the bachelor, and after they talked to us over a coffee and beautiful homemade cakes, while exchanging a few cooking tips.

  Brilliant! As an experienced horse rider it is always difficult to go on trail ride, the horses are just followers and the guides are students doing it on school holidays ..no passion,I do it for my kids but it's mind numbing! But on this holiday we discovered Cowboy Up! Peter and Gill brilliant owners, passionate about there horses (quarter horses) and there land that they work! 2 hour ride with them and my daughter, was wonderful! There respect and appreciation for their horses, and for us to get the best experience out of our horse ride was paramount to them. Thank you, we will be back!
